The title of this episode is "Don's Anniversary" and it originally aired on 15 January 1961 (Season 11 Episode 13)
This has some gags used on the How Jack Discovered Don Wilson episodes of Jack's radio show (such as the "show was down" and the eluocution lesson). But it's great seeing Howard McNear and Nancy Kulp.
This is a rare on-camera moment for Bill Baldwin; he was the announcer on The Beverly Hillbillies. And Roy Rowan was a top announcer in the '50s.
Too bad the commercials have been deleted from this one.

Jack Benny Show
While this episode has nothing to do with Jack renting his house it is still one of his best. In it he tells the story of how he came about to hire Don Wilson as his annouccer. Some of the highlights of the show are----Don Wilson cracking up over Jack's corny jokes----Don does ballet in a tutu and crashes through a wall----an appearance by John Daily ---and Jack breaking Don's award over his head. There also appearances by some very [now] well known tv stars.Jack Benny is still one of my favorite comedians. I watched his show when I was a kid and now at 60 I still get a laugh out of these archived shows
